Check-in starts 90 minutes before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. Please check our website for location. You must check in first to exchange your ticket for a wristband. Refunds are not accepted if the customer does not check in during the times mentioned above.

The promoter reserves the right of admission to the venue and/or event.

The illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of any such ticket without any right to a refund or any other type of compensation.

A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or bets, or any other money-making purpose unless the event organiser gives written authorisation.

The use of trademarks or any other intellectual property of Formentera Explorer shall also be subject to the express consent of ANTONIO GARCIA LILLO, owner of the trademark.

This ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the event promoter. All the details are available at the ticket office. The company shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of any tickets. The venue and event promoter are not responsible for any personal belongings.

Ticket holders, as part of the general public, give their consent to video and sound recordings. The conditions of such consent are available to the customer.

Date changes shall be accepted as long as the customer informs the promoter 2 weeks before the event.

Charges for cancellation:

Cancellation of the booking by the passenger shall incur a penalty of 50% of the ticket cost if cancellation takes place between the purchase date and 15 days prior to departure. A penalty of 75% of the ticket cost shall be charged if cancellation takes place between the purchase date and 7 days prior to departure. After this period, the penalty shall be 100% of the ticket cost.

If the customer has purchased cancellation insurance, they shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid up to 3 days before the day of the event. After this time, the penalty shall be equivalent to 100% of the ticket.

If bad weather prevents the boat from setting sail, and upon prior notification from the company, customers will be informed of the change of date or the ticket cost will be refunded at our offices. In no case shall a refund be made for the amount paid for the booking (a booking is considered 19% of the total purchase price).

The condition above shall apply to any unforeseeable and unpredictable events beyond the control of the promoter, such as natural disasters (including fire, flood, earthquake, storms, hurricane or other natural disasters), terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockades, embargoes, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, interruptions or serious faults.

If any water sports are cancelled due to bad weather, there shall be no grounds for a partial/total refund.

If technical problems prevent the boat from setting sail, the customer may choose to change the booking for another similar boat trip for the same amount, or accept a refund of the amount paid to the promoter.
